The new model homes at Hampton Oaks are getting ready to be unveiled. Reducing the model home count from 7 to 3 furnished models, leaves us with an abundance of Martha Stewart Furniture.

As a resident of Hampton Oaks or KB Home employee, you are invited to be a part of the furniture silent auction. There should be some incredible deals on the remaining unused model furniture and accessories. RULES
The sale is open to all Hampton Oaks homeowners and KB Home employees. Proof of residency required at sign-in. All sales are final. Cash only to be accepted.

SCHEDULE
We will be taking the sale 1 model home at a time. There will be an hour for viewing all open models in the morning 7:30-8:30.
First model sale to begin at 8:30am
Schedule for each model home: ½ hour for silent bidding ½ hour time allotted for live bidding. If we need more time, we’ll go as long as it takes.

RSVPs and Bidding #s
You’ll be assigned a bidding # number at check in. Use this number to write in your silent bids.

LIVE BIDS
If an item has 12 or more bids, it will go LIVE! With the highest bidder winning the piece. In order to participate in the live bid, you must have previously bid on the item during silent bidding.

CASH OUT
At the end of the auction time, you will be responsible for dismantling and removing your new furniture from the model before the end of day. Be prepared with tools and trucks. There will be security provided to check each vehicle before it leaves the model park. Only 7 vehicles at a time will be allowed into the model park for loading.
